Transfer this number to another provider
To port your Canadian number to another carrier, submit a port-out request below. We'll generate a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and provide your new carrier with the account details they need to complete the port.
Port-out request submitted
We'll generate the LOA and coordinate with your new carrier to complete the port. You'll receive an email with the LOA and next steps within 1 business day. The port typically takes 1-3 business days after your new carrier submits it.
Note: Porting your number out will remove it from your CRTC registration. You'll need to update your CRTC filing with a new Canadian number, or we can provision a replacement.

Transfer this domain to another registrar
To transfer your .ca domain to another registrar:
- Click "Unlock Domain & Get Auth Code" below
- Copy the authorization code that appears
- Go to your new registrar and initiate a .ca transfer
- Enter the authorization code when prompted
- The transfer typically completes within 5 days

This code expires in 7 days. Your domain is now unlocked for transfer.
Note: Transferring your domain will move your email and DNS to the new registrar. You'll need to reconfigure email hosting separately.
